Where does the ticket money go?

As you can imagine, hosting a large air show has a number of expenses.  Airplanes are very expensive to fly and maintain.  Ticket sales and sponsorships pay these expenses.  The Commemorative Air Force is a voluntary organization dedicated to restore, in flying condition, aircraft of previous wars in memorial to the brave men and women who bravely fought for our freedoms.  The Commemorative Air Force is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization incorporated under Texas laws for charitable and educational purposes.  Being all-volunteers, no members profit from the air show.  All money collected pays expenses required to host the air show and for maintenance of historic aircraft.

We thank you for visiting our air show and we hope you appreciate the hard work of the volunteers who host it.  More so, well we hope the public gains a finer perspective for history and its importance to this wonderful nation.
